About TerraScope

TerraScope Environmental Services delivers clarity about the land — precise, reliable environmental due diligence support that helps firms and their clients make confident decisions.

Our firm

TerraScope Environmental Services was formed to provide high-value environmental due diligence support to consulting firms that need dependable help with the legwork, documentation, and report preparation involved in environmental site assessments. We’ve built a professional, repeatable support system designed to improve turnaround times, reduce pressure on internal staff, preserve senior reviewer time for higher-level technical decisions, and help firms expand capacity without immediately adding full-time personnel.

Our goal is to be a trusted production partner — delivering work that is structured, well-supported, and as close to final as possible before submission for licensed review.

How we work

We handle the production-heavy portions of ESA work: records research, site reconnaissance support, interviews, data organization, draft report preparation, and revisions. Final technical review, recognized-environmental-condition determinations, report approval, and professional sign-off remain with the supervising Environmental Professional. This structure protects quality, keeps responsibility clear, and lets licensed reviewers focus on final judgment and conclusions.

Our quality commitment

Environmental due diligence must be accurate, organized, and defensible. Our process is built around disciplined records research, organized field documentation, clear and professional writing, internal review before submission, and responsive incorporation of partner feedback — so every deliverable sharpens over time and aligns closely with our partners’ standards.
